Welcome to Mental Healthy Life, an application designed to help you improve your emotional well-being through meditation, breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and relaxation techniques.
If you no longer wish to use the application, you may request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
Follow these steps to request deletion of your account:
Option 1 – Inside the App (Recommended)
- Open Mental Healthy Life.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your request.
Your account deletion request will be processed automatically.
Option 2 – Contact Support
If you cannot access your account, send an email to:
Include:
- your registered email address;
- the subject “Delete My Account”.
Your request will be processed after verification.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Account information
- Name (if provided)
- Email address
- Profile information
- Meditation progress
- Completed sessions
- Favorites
- Personal preferences
- Reminder settings
- Device tokens used for notifications
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained when required by applicable laws or for security purposes, including:
- Server logs
- Security and fraud-prevention records
- Records required to comply with legal obligations
These records are not used for marketing purposes.
Data Retention Period
- Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days after the deletion request is confirmed.
- Backup copies may remain securely stored for up to 90 days, after which they are permanently removed.
- Information retained for legal compliance may be stored only for the period required by applicable law.
