About the Project

Mental Healthy Life is a mobile application designed to support people on their journey to better mental health. The app combines science-backed techniques — CBT exercises, breathing practices, mood journaling, and daily check-ins — in a simple, accessible interface that fits into everyday life.

Our goal was to make professional mental health tools available to anyone, without the need for a therapist appointment or a subscription to an expensive service. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, or just want to build healthier emotional habits — this app is your daily companion.
